Great computer at great price. Item was collected from seller by DHL 1 week after it was supposedly dispatched, and was later arriving than expected. Had to message seller for DHL tracking number as wasn't supplied initially. Windows activation key wasn't supplied in shipment, but seller sent it when requested. Busy time of year for seller, but eventually responded to messages.
